From first message to steady support
A simple process with everything agreed in writing, so you always know what is happening, what it costs and how to change it.

Send an enquiry
Use the contact form to describe the tasks you would like to hand over, how often they come up, your country and time zone, and roughly how much help you expect to need.
Sending an enquiry is free and places you under no obligation.
Your request is reviewed
I read what you have sent and reply by email. If something is unclear, you will get a few questions, for example about the tools you use or how you would like to receive updates.
If the work is not a good fit for the service, I will say so plainly.
You receive a written proposal
The proposal sets out the tasks, the estimated hours, the fee and how it is billed, working hours in relation to your time zone, how updates will reach you and the access the work needs.
It also explains how the arrangement can be changed, paused or ended.
You decide
Take the time you need to read the proposal and ask questions. Nothing starts, and nothing is charged, until you accept it in writing, for example by replying by email.
If you decide not to go ahead, that is simply the end of it.
Access is set up
You grant access to the tools the work needs, preferably through delegated or shared permissions rather than your own password.
You stay in control and can change or remove access at any time.
The work begins, with regular updates
The agreed tasks are carried out during the agreed hours. Updates arrive in the format set out in your proposal, such as a short summary at the end of each working day.
Review and adjust
Progress is reviewed at the intervals agreed in the proposal. Tasks and hours can change, and the arrangement can be paused or ended with the notice the proposal states.
When the work ends, anything that belongs to you is returned or deleted.
What the written proposal sets out
Every proposal is written for your situation, and it always covers the same essentials. It is free, and you are under no obligation to accept it.
- The tasks included, and anything left out
- Estimated hours each week, each month or for the project
- The fee, the currency and how billing works
- Working hours in relation to your time zone
- How and when you will receive updates
- The access and tools the work needs
- How to change, pause or end the arrangement, and the notice required
Common questions
How much does the service cost?
Fees depend on the tasks, the hours involved and whether the work is regular or one-off, so they are set out in your written proposal rather than listed on this website. The enquiry and the proposal are both free, and you are under no obligation to accept.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. The service is entirely remote and works with clients in other countries. Working hours are agreed in your proposal with your time zone in mind, and communication is by email and the online tools we agree on.
Which tools do you use?
Usually the ones you already have: your email, calendar, cloud storage, spreadsheets and documents. If a task needs something new, it is discussed and agreed with you first.
How is my information kept confidential?
Your information is used only to carry out the agreed work. Access is limited to what the tasks need, you can remove it at any time, and your material is returned or deleted when the work ends. The Privacy Policy explains how enquiry details are handled.
Will I need to share my passwords?
Preferably not. Most email, calendar and storage services let you grant delegated or shared access that you can withdraw at any time. Where that is not possible, we agree a secure approach that you control.
Can I start with one small task?
Yes. A one-off task is a sensible way to see how working together suits you before agreeing anything regular.
How do I pay?
Payment arrangements, including the currency and when invoices are due, are set out in your written proposal. No payments are taken on this website.
What if I need to change or stop the arrangement?
Your proposal explains how to change, pause or end the work and how much notice is needed. The Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out the default terms.
Have routine work you would like to hand over?
Tell me what fills your week. I will reply by email and, if the work suits the service, send you a written proposal. Asking is free and commits you to nothing.
